Jiffylube caught not doing billed maintenance

This is why I always mark my old oil filters - that way,  I know for sure that it's been changed. I do take my van to the local  Mr Good Lube and have them do the oil/filter change only (i.e., no  'full service' where they check the filters, wipers, etc.............).  I sit outside the waiting room where I can watch them actually work on  the car.
