Jiffylube caught not doing billed maintenance

This would be part of why I do all the "easy maintenance" on all four 
cars in our household (Oil/filter changes, air filters, fuel filters for 
the most part, tire rotation, and so on).

Well, that and the fact that I can do a full synthetic oil change with a 
good filter for the cost of conventional and crap at one of the service 
places, and it only takes me ~15 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon.
