Anyone heard of "A Plus" or "A+" brand rotors?

Hello Bart.............This appears to be the web site for the A+ brand 
seller, and it is in Toronto. ....TuTu Auto.
They have a street address and office hours and a phone number. You could 
call them up and ask any questions, express doubts, and ask for evidence to 
support claims.
