Anyone heard of "A Plus" or "A+" brand rotors?

Yes, that's the eBay seller that I had seen - they're located in Canada
so no customs issues, and possibly quicker/cheaper shipping to
Edmonton. I got that little quote from them below when I did express
doubts, but wasn't sure where to go from there.
