Anyone heard of "A Plus" or "A+" brand rotors?

OK, found one more 'deal' on eBay in Canada, supposedly "made in Canada"
cross-drilled...  any thoughts?  Really appreciate you all taking time
to advise a 'newbie' or pretty much non-techie type here...
