2001 A6 2.7T Electrical short.

I didn't pull the diagrams to see what else is on the circuit, but under
what conditions does it blow? Only when driving? Only when driving over a
bump? It's likely a loose socket, wire, or bad bulb.... but could be
something else (switch, etc.). Does the car have any history or flood
damage? Water intrusion? Any other electrical history? Any bulbs recently
replaced? How many miles?

When you restore the fuse, does it blow immediately or is it always OK for
several miles of driving?
