2001 A6 2.7T Electrical short.

Fuse does not blow after being replaced.
Once fuse blows, interior lights go off,
Dash LCD indicator shows 3 doors open.
Not going over any bumps or doing anything out of the ordinary when
this happens.
Once car is parked and doors locked, within approx 5 min the
headlights start blinking as if the alarm went off, but with no noise.
If I replace the fuse, car is fine.
Car has 146,000 and no flood damage, to my knowledge.
