Why the "bounces" ?

I have this problem with sending email to certain people, and  
Audifans uses a variety of DNS blacklists to cut down on the enormous  
volume of spam we get (seriously- you think you get a lot- we still  
get spam for the old coimbra address!)

However, that should not cause you to get deactivated.  What will  
cause deactivation is an unreliable receiving email server at your ISP.

Whether your home computer is on DHCP or not is irrelevant to  
deactivation issues, unless you RECEIVE email directly on said home  
computer using a mail server via SMTP. Next to nobody does this.
