Why the "bounces" ?

What does the bounce say? Your bounces will have an SMTP error
associated with it -- this is helpful in troubleshooting.

As for Bellnet, they were in the process of upgrading several mail
servers (I think it was a DoS/DNS issue on their end but tech support
kept their lips sealed) because of all the delayed sending bounces.  I
believe they've finished now (this was in Nov.) as most of my small
business clients are not experiencing any issues now.  As for yahoo,
no clue.
