Well, I've been doing breaks for years myself, but it's only  
qualified me for taking naps ;-)

FYI- to the person who commented regarding bleeding brakes, I have  
seen some people  recommend (carefully) clamping the brake hose line,  
opening the bleeder, and retracting the piston (two-handed  
operation.)  This keeps dirty fluid from getting pushed up-stream  
back to the (usually very expensive) ABS actuator unit.
