Anyone ever had one of these? (low Audi Content, some VAG content)

I work for a large media conglomerate. It has an
operation that does trade exchange with various
companies. Among the companies is VWoA.
I was just notified that I won a lottery. About 45
people in my company now have the chance to buy a VW
product at 23% off MSRP. Don't have all the details
quite yet, but it excludes my favorite VW, the TDi
series (they can sell every one of those they can
make).
The last time I bought a new (never titled, under 10k
miles) car was way back in 1983. So this is quite
foreign to me.
The process is such that the car is evidently built to
order, the local dealer apparently is an order taker
in all this. I have no problem with financing...tell
me if I am wrong, but this opportunity sounds better
(or at least as good) as the Detroit auto workers get
from their "alphabet soup" employee programs.
Maybe someone out there can tell me if that is a deal
or not.
I also have a 1987 5000 Quattro in storage that I
would then like to rid myself of. It is a fixer
upper, runs, with 142K or so. I replaced the burned
up wiring caused by the PO (seized rad fan). It still
needs things like new CV boots, AC work and good tires
all around. It also needs a driver's door handle
(surprised?). Pure southern car heritage, a northerer
might appreicate a Quattro without rust.
This was a "project" car bought in late 2001 for me to
work on with a fellow lister. Said lister lost his
wife 3 yrs. ago, and has too many things on his plate
to worry about resurrecting this Quattro. I've
offered it to him, but the fascists that run Douglas
County, GA won't let you keep "projects" like this in
your yard. So I spend $50/month to keep it in
storage.
I also have a 1991 VW Jetta 2 door diesel to figure
out what to do with. Again, I pay $50/month to keep
that parked.
Finally, there is a 1993 Audi 100 (base model) FWD A/T
that drives and is on the road with 150 K miles.
Cracked windshield, some minor problems...it is my
current backup car for the two TDIs. Rebuilt from a
total loss claim back in 2002.
Everything is in the Atlanta, GA area. Inquiries welcome.
