before I get to the sensor .. was 80q oil pressure sender

Okay so last night I was trying to install the gauges etc..  and I was trying to power up the lights but they wouldn't work...  Is there some kind of resistor needed for the tiny little bulbs or something like that...   It's possible the bulbs are burnt out I suppose.  got these from a friend with all the wires clipped.  I don't have a parts car or anything..
