buying new B6-stick or Tiptronic?

I agree - only you can answer this.  I'm firmly a stick person.

That said, I bought a 2002 S6 avant (tip only).  Its rally quite good.
I still miss the stick, btu the auto is a vast improvement over autos 
of old.

Of course, I have a 5-sp roadster to satisfy my jolly jones.
