Cracking the Safe code - Wiesbaden Radio

The reason for the permanent disabling was the belief that thieves wouldn't
try too hard to steal radios from VAGs (which were big
targets in the 80's and 90's due to good radios being in easy to break in
cars) if they knew the radios would be disabled. Wasn't intended to be for
people to move them from car to car.
