I replaced the clutch on my '94 S4 at 270,000 km because a couple of fingers
on the pressure plate broke. The clutch disc was perhaps 50% worn - lots of
life left yet.

As far as I know my Audi Type 44 Quattro with turbo still has original
clutch pressure plate and friction plate at 285,000 km.
