Impact Wrench Recommendations

The Home Depot guy was pointing you to an impact drill. They're often used
to drive bolts into decking, house framing, etc.

Some air-powered impact guns have some rudimentary torque settings. They're
not precise (air pressure variations make that so), and are there for the
people who use the IMPROPER technique of driving fasteners initially on with
the impact gun, then finishing off with a torque stick or (best option)
torque wrench.

Not my primary business, but I sell a full line of automotive tools, so let
me know if you have any questions.

Oh, and remember- break-away torque required is much higher than installed
torque due to fastener head friction, galvanic corrosion, etc.
