That would be a hammer drill!

impact wrenches are great for taking off lug nuts and striping them going back on. and striping every thing else too.

I'd invest in some click torque wrenches from Sears next time they go on sale.

I find that a good breaker bar works for loosening things, then a electric drill with the correct sized socket attached helps speed things off when there are a lot of nuts/bolts.

Also an impact wrench  (gun type) is hard to get in to a lot of places, the electric ones I've seen are quite a bit bigger than the air ones too.
