According to ancient wisdom from next door, they (WUR's) are all 
essentially the same - although I guess the vacuum ports vary not only 
in location but existence...

I ran my 83 5kt for years using an ovloV WUR out of his spares bin, the 
vac ports pointed diffferent ways, but it worked fine.

By the way, all the powered heater element really does is speed up the 
heating of the bimetallic strip inside to keep warm up enrichment to a 
reasonably short time - without it (the heater) the WUR should still 
warm up from block heat and do its job.  If it's working.
