Hi guys and gal

GOOD NEWS
the 200 fired nicely this morning
shame that the golf wouldn't go though. the starter
solenoid stuck. I
guess that all this talk about the weather in north
wales made it
homesick (orig reg D 426 STU)
i'm beginning to wonder if its just 'not my week'!

for the 200
On saturday, I changed the check valve on the pump and
the 2 temp
sensors on the front of the head
this didn't make any real difference on sunday
morning.

yesterday i measured the resistance of the CPR /WUR
element and got 12
ohms. not enough it would seem!
i fitted a golf MkII 8v CPR and it seems much happier
now

I will fit the element from the number 2 spare golf
CPR to the audi cpr
(i filled up the recesses where the nuts are with
penetrating oil last
night to let them soak a bit)
then reset the mixture when the hybrid CPR is on

I would till appreciate any opinions on whether or not
using a golf CPR
is suicidal or not

cheers for all the help on that one

now the AC saga
continues............................................
