Another approach to getting keys

If you are talking about external cut keys, any locksmith that is decent and
has a
mobile grinding setup should be able to help you out.

I had a '91 200q that I sold to a lister and prior to the sale, another
person "lost" the
keys (I think intentionally). I had to get a locksmith, who was able to
break into the
car and then subsequently cut me a key.

He took a blank key and then just started cutting- I guess if you know what
you're doing,
this is possible. The key worked fine once everything was done. Just put the
blank into
the lock cylinder and started cutting based on what, I have no idea.
