well, after 12 pumps that were exactly the same
pressure, i figure that the bomb has not yet
detonated. so, i'm assuming that it's not the
culprit.
so i quickly jumped in it, started it up, and
drove it 20 feet forward and reverse. the brakes
work fine, but there's that squishiness that i
notice everyday. the pedal feel is actually
harder with the vehicle off.
to be honest, i've not got a lot of experience
with older audi brake systems. this may be a
completely normal feel. however, i know that
that little red light on the dash coming on is
not normal. i'm assuming that the two are
related. maybe that assumption thing is getting
in the way again...
