As I fantsized about the ultimate version of the CGT I would build, I 
ran into this... wanting to use the flush rear door handles from a 90 or 
100/200 in the front, with a remote lock/unlock device, I would have 
allow for a dead battery - meaning, a connection "under the bumper" or 
somewhere, where a jumper could be attached to at least power up the 
locking system.

I was thinking of a 9v battery hookup, isolated by diodes so it didn't 
have to try to charge the dead battery, to power it in case of battery 
failure........................................
