i'll be checking that in a few minutes, thanks!

the brakes were bled about 300km ago, so the
fluid is fresh and waiting to suck up some
moisture.
the pump is a used unit from a 5000 that made a
stop in the local boneyard. it doesn't leak at
all, surprisingly. initially i was a little
concerned about the interchangability between the
5000 and 200 hydraulic pumps because one of the
pipes going into the pump is different between
either car. i'm not too concerned about that
anymore. no leaks means no problem.

heh. just took a look at the underside of the
reservoir cap and there's no level sensor there.
time to find a replacement. hopefully that'll be
the quick fix one always hopes for.

ugh. yeah, the less money i spend on it, the
better. i know that it's just a matter of time
before the fuel lines/fuel tank/brake lines to
give out. that's going to be huge dinero and
time.

i think that the first thing i should be doing is
finding someone else with a 100/200/5000, and
driving their car. that'll probably give me a
better idea of what the pedal feel should be
like.
