Ignition Switch doesn't engage starter?

These switches fail frequently. I've done 4 on my mom's 1995 A6Q. One
after 6-7 years. Another after an additional 15-18 months. Another
after 6 more months. The final one is now approaching its first
birthday. Hopefully this one will see many parties.
Make sure the wires in the harness, whcih are bent at a 90 deg angle to
mate to the socket, are not broken.
Its 99% likely its yet another switch, on its way to that great switch
junkyard in the sky.
