Ignition Switch doesn't engage starter?

... while I'll agree that the ignition switch modules are one of the higher 
frequency replacement modules, it sounds as though the module may have been 
replaced recently, and if that is the case I don't think I'd be recommending 
another.  It could be the mechanical part of the switch ... given the list 
of other things that have been replaced that might be the culprit.  I'd 
still recommend hooking up a voltmeter to the solenoid to see how much 
voltage is getting to the starter when cranking.  If it is anything less 
than 10v, the problem is electrical ... and don't forget the braid that 
connects the engine block to the frame of the car!
