Oh, if its just seized adjustmetn threads - leave it alone.

For C5 cars there are complete rebuild kits available that save quite a 
bit of $$ over buying them one at a time. Figured that's what you 
meant.  Poly bushings, otoh, dont last as well as rubber. But they are 
more precise. And ride like &%$#
