[A4] Repair or walk away - advice for an Oil Sludge victim?

Rislone can be used as a replacement for 1 quart of oil or use the 
concentrate to top off the oil level. With 90K I would extend the miles or 
use at every normal oil change, 3K or 5K. This is not an engine flush.
