[A4] Repair or walk away - advice for an Oil Sludge victim?

Would that be safe in my 90,000 mile 91 200 TQ 20V? The oil pressure
warning comes on occasionally. I have 4.5 bar of pressure. I would like to
make sure that everything inside the engine is clean. Would using an engine
flush while idling be too risky?
