it's only a minor ding.
Couldn't he cope with the monster power and superb
road holding then?
a bit of hammering and a few kg of bondo and he'll be
off again.

A buddy of mine that won the canadian 2wd championship
last year in a 
golf 3 just rebuilt a group N impreza for a client
after she had an 
'off' involving a ditch and a small wooded area.
After the smack, the only straight panel on the car
was the passenger 
door, but it lives on......

my last group N golf was jigged 5 times and had 3 new
roofs, amongst 
other bits!
Rally cars are subject to different rules as regards
write offs.
