I've also searched the archives and found a reference to a tool made by
Schley, Inc. http://www.sptool.com

Also, in the Wiki there is an article with some helpful pointers on wheel
bearing replacement on a Type 44:

http://www.audifans.com/twiki/bin/view/Audi/WheelBearing

Finally, Scott Mockry has some information pertaining specifically to the
1989-91 200 Quattro:

http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/trans.html#CV

Also, my Bentley states that the wheel bearing inner race should always be
replaced because the "bearing will be damaged when pressing off the hub."
Finally, in the exploded diagram of the front strut assembly, it notes:
"Wheel Bearing: Grease bearing housing with special grease supplied in
repair kit before installing bearing."

HTH, I have not yet had the pleasure of doing the front wheel bearings on my
Quattros; maybe someone else with more direct hands-on of a 1990 200 has
some other things to add.

Some people recommend the Hub Shark. Others have had good
luck with Harbor Freight's "Fwd Front Wheel Bearing Adaptors",
part number 45210-4VGA. Still others remove the hub/strut
assembly and have a local machine shop press out/in the
bearings.
