Alternator alignment

Greetings folks,
I've been having some issues with (5KTQ) alternator belts, that I now think
is related to the alternator being slightly "cocked".
I haven't pulled the alternator, (and won't until I have the parts
in-hand), but I assume that there are a pair of rubber 'grommets' or mounts
for the alternator.
Goes anyone know the correct nomenclature for these mounts?
Any BTDTs related to alternator alignment being compromised by these
mounts?
Any preferences for stock vs. urethane?
