I have yet to see an aluminum one in the 40 bombs I have had in the past
6 months. They have all been steel.
The bomb is the accumulator, the booster is the Brake Servo. Easy to mix
the terminology up, reminds me of the head scratching I did for a while
on the list when I tried to follow two (I though it was one) discussion
about the IC. One lister was talking about the intercooler...the other
was talking about his Instrument Cluster.

The down side of mine, is that its leaking.
Are rebuild kits available for the booster units?
I had heard in the past that they are available only as new.
I looked high and low a few years ago for a rebuild kit and none was
available. On the plus side, when I went to remove the booster I noticed
that it was leaking at the fitting and didn't need to replace it.
