Hi,

Dang it!  I don't really care, for this car will pass the tests that it's
supposed to.  Based on what you said my car will never become exempt.  Drat!
I think I remember that but tuned it out.

I think "they" really ought to rethink that rule;  with some minor
exceptions the only cars on the road, say, over 25 years old, are well taken
care of or else they wouldn't be running.

Now, maybe I should have diddled with the stoichmetric point a little and
made it fail and sold it to the State.  Registration including smog test and
insurance cost annually multiple times what my car is worth.  

But I'm getting my money's worth out of it and I'll drive her to she
drops(or I do).
