Sluggish clutch/steering after long park

Patient is a 2000 A6Q 2.8 with a 5-speed stick, 103K miles.
It spent two weeks parked at the airport recently, and when I got back,
the car fired right up and ran fine. But the clutch was like molasses in
January (July for you Aussies), as was the steering and brakes.

After a day of driving, all was back to normal.

Time to replace my pentosin? Bomb? Pump?
