Actually the HD mod was taken from the S-cars list. Those guys use the
fender liner from
the S4TT which required more cutting and bucks (my vents cost $1.29 ea, the
S4TT a
still reasonable $30 each, which includes a fender liner for an A4, albit
with a hole cut out.
And at the time, I didn't own a heat gun, and wouldn't have had enough cable
to run one
from my condo to the parking lot anyway. Now I have a garage. Anyway, nice
job on what
you did, it probably flows more air.
