RS6 pricing

The interesting thing about dealerships is that they're always
hiring new green people. The old timers, who have the repeat
business and make most of the money, know how to play the system.
They're there 80 hours a week, they get preferential treatment
from the office staff (more inbound calls, leads, etc), they're
autonomous when it comes to pricing. Somehow they're never asked
to sweep snow off cars or fill gas tanks on demos.

They newbies are hired in groups, with the expectation that of 3,
only 1 will be there after 6 months. It's no more expensive to
train 3 than 1, so why not...they're just cannon fodder.

A shitty business and I'm only scratching the surface. The
structural problems are worse.
