A dip zinc or galvanize would be the way to go. POR-15 should work with
some effort. We use the spray-in stuff (Corrosion-X) in the airplane. It
works great, but runs out of seams, is messy, and supposed to be reapplied
annually.

Any plating or powdercoating has difficulties getting into all interior
surfaces due to the farraday effect. No way would you get complete
powedercoating inside there, with the possible exception of a dip coating
(which is RARELY used anymore). We got rid of our dip line YEARS ago... we
only do spray powerd now.

Call the local platers for a hot-dip galv or zinc.
