Cassette Jam-Bose 99 A6

Good Afternoon,
 
I am not able to eject a cassette tape from the stock Bose on my 99  A6.  The 
tape will play normally but will not fast forward or fast  reverse.  When I 
push the fast forward and fast rewind buttons  simultaneously to eject it makes 
a noise as if it is trying to eject but nothing  happens. The radio and cd 
also work fine.
 
Any suggestions?
