A6's MMI dead

Do you know how illogical it sounds that you insist on attempting
the fix the issue without having any training on diagnostics and service
on this extremely complicated car? Especially considering that the car
is brand-new and under warranty?

Why would you even bother? I can understand if you're out in Nebraska and
the only dealership is 400 miles away or something like that, but I don't
see
why anyone would attempt a fix when Audi's service department should fix
the issue. If the car is truly a lemon, you want to maximize the number of
days that the car is out of service so you can make a lemon law claim. By
trying to fix stuff yourself without knowing what you're doing, you only
complicate
the issue. If you break something, all the more reason for Audi's
exceptional
customer service (sarcasm intended) to deny a warranty claim.

Sorry if you don't like my response, Brett, but when you're talking about a
brand-new
car, it's a logical response. I don't appreciate ***PERSONAL ATTACKS ON THE
LIST***,
especially when you ban people from the list unilaterally whenever it
pleases you and
you continually post non-Audi and often non-car-related topics to the list,
as if you are
the exception. That only undermines any respect that others have for you by
having the
rules not apply to yourself.
