Clutch disc confusion

Definitions: -
"Lumpy bit"
part of clutch  (driven) plate the has the spring cage
or cages and is
offset to one side of the centre line between the 2
layers of friction
material.

"Doughnut"
'O' (so doughnut) shaped ring that is the part of the
pressure plate
that the driven plate friction material mates against
(forcing the other
side of the driven plate against the flywheel).

so:- the lumpy bit goes inside the doughnut.
