If you try to put 10-15 year old heated seats in the car, chances
are those seat heaters will be dead or near dead.
You can add seat heaters to the existing seats. In a nutshell,
you pull out the seat, pull of the leather covers, install the
seat heater(s) (bottom and back, or just bottom), put the leather
covers back, put the seats back, and wire up the connections.
You should be able to find replacement heat pads on the Internet.
A Google search of: "seat heater" replacement kit
should give you lots of options.
Of course, you'll also need the switch, wiring, and relay(s).
