80q trim and heated seat conversion

Sounds like the solution its to ask them to fix it again?  Or nicely ask 
them to fix it properly?

If I recall correctly, the seat heater harness, like quite a few others, 
is a discrete system.  So he will need the harness - fuse box to switch 
connectors, relay sockets, and seat connectors - the switches and 
relays, and of course seats with working heater elements.

Theoretically, yes.

They might be tough to make work with the Audi thermostatic controller 
system, though - he might end up with "on or off" being his choices.
