T44 Euro light wiring

Snagged me a set of e-code headlights on EBay last week. I stole them  
really - $215, $250 after shipping, for the pair. One has a broken  
corner marker, but I have a supplier for them.

I've been using SJM for wiring info and have them in now relayed and  
all, but I had one idea. Has anybody wired them up so the H3 driving  
light is on with the parking lights (like the stock DOT setup uses  
that position), then the city light is either constant on or maybe has  
a separate switch?

I like the idea of having a daytime running light that is on whenever  
the key is (city light), plus the H3 could be used as a fog light with  
just the parking lights on, then the H4 has normal high/low  
functionality.

I do realise I'd need to run the new city light wiring through the  
housing somehow, but thats easy.
