Re-Paint - New Color

Getting finalized to send the Old CQ out for paint... I am actually
changing the color..          my question is should I go ahead...  have
the rest of the glass removed so I can get a cleaner paint job since I
am changing colors? I mean My car is white (alpine not pearl).. I am
having the inside edges and wrap around of the doors painted... as well
as the engine bas (since its empty right now)...    I am looking for my
last few pieces  and I would love to send it off to paint. I still am in
a dilemma of do I replace the rubber door moldings or not..  it may
depend on if I can find rocker panel replacements or not.. If I can't I
may be looking at some sort of body mod to cover that up....   Not the
whole kit but just the rieger Evo I side skirts with the door pieces..
But I am just prepping as much as I can myself to save some money...
