A6 CV joint

Easier, but not better.
Rebuilt axles are notoriously poor quality, with almost no
exceptions. A few places, like www.raxles.com use only new joints,
but most "rebuilders" simply clean, re-pack, re-boot, and spray with
cheap spray paint. They are not even close to as good as new, and in
most cases aren't as good as the re-boot job you do yourself. When
I've had bad joints, I purchase a new joint, and install it myself.
That way I know the job's done right.
