A6 CV joint

In the 50 or so of these I've done, I have yet to have this problem.  Maybe I've been lucky?  I DO think the bolt is a bit short, and I keep thinking I dhould make a tool.  I think a .5" nub at the tip would do it.  Like I have the time to make one!
