A8 coolant circulation issues @#$%^&* !!

I did in fact open the bleeders at the firewall and purge air out of
system, the t-stat is installed with spring facing inward towards engine(as
per bentley) and did hold revs at 2k rpm while bleeding and having heater
on....seams to be running fine now but still think there is some air in
there still ...thanks to all responses ..
