As suggested, you may also have a clogging fuel tank. I'd try
everything else first. Have you added a second relay to power it
already?

As for the tank, it's no picnic, but not terrible either. I've done
two so far, and it involves pulling and cutting the tank open, and
cutting the screen out. Then, you can etch and seal the tank for no
more problems!
