Hot air all the time!

Most likely a vacuum hose problem or ??  Bentley has a pretty good step
by step on checking.  Until then, get yourself a cheap hose pinch off:

at you local FLAPS and put it on one of the heater core hoses (check the
vacuum line @ the valve while you're there) that go into the fire wall. 
This will block off the heater core and keep you from getting roasted
till you have time to get in there and figure out what's going on, or
winter arrives...whichever comes first. ;-)
