front and rear main seals

Danton,
The front involves removal of the timing belt, at which time I'd
recommend cam seals and water pump asong with a new TB and
idlers/tensioner if they are bad.
The rear main seal is quite a bit more complictaed. You have to remove
the transmission, or remove the engine. Honestly, needing both front
and rear, I'd probably pull the engine to do the work. The front of
the car needs to be remove anyhow for easy access to the timing
belt/front crank seal.
